The Silver Line

If you are aged 55 and over, and feel you need a support buddy, Silverline are able to link you with local support groups and services, as well as set you up with regular friendship calls. Visit for more info

If you are under the age of 25, The Mix provide a number of support services, including help with Mental Health, finances, homeless, finding a job or even help with break-ups or addiction. They offer a free counselling service and confidential helplines. For more info visit

BOLOH - Black, Asian or Ethnic Minority via Barnardos

If you are a Black Asian, or Ethnic Minority child, young person, parent, or caring suffering with Mental Health, Boloh – Barnardo’s specialist helpline, can  provide emotional support, practical advice and connect you to other organisations who can provide further help.
